Football Training Tips To Succeed At The College Level: Quarterback Position Tip #3:

by CSA Prepstar Canada

GET RID OF BAD HABITS WHILE STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL

Most Quarterbacks have a tendency to form bad habits in high school. It is a good idea to have your current high school coach check on any habits you might be getting into and work on them now. You won't have time to break any bad habits in the NCAA.

You may look at the hole you intend to attack. You may look in the direction you intend to run. You may wet your fingers when you are going to throw a pass. There are any number of things a quarterback may do that will give the defense the jump on the offense. Remember, you'll be going up against experienced defensive players and coaches that will be looking for these things.
